Founded in 1995 as an independent manufacturers rep firm presenting interior architectural products to the A & D community in Washington , DC and the surrounding metro area. Listening to requests by some of the major architectural firms for us to become a distributor to handle not only marketing , design and development and specification writing but to ensure pricing , delivery , coordination and installation of Moderco operable partitions led us to become the exclusive distributor in the Washington, DC area in 2000.
We have completed over 500 projects in the area for hospitality , law firms, conferencing centers, schools and universities , government , associations and corporate firms needing flexible space for training and meetings. Most recently we have completed an installation of 42 glass wall (Crystal Wall) for an elementary school in northern Virginia.
We are proud that we have earned a reputation for on time deliveries and virtually no “punch list “ items. Our installation crews have over 100 combined years of installing and servicing operable partitions.
