His vast and varied knowledge allows him to fully understand the particularities of the three departments for which he is responsible and to guide them well: the Methods Office, Maintenance and IT. When an exceptional challenge arises, Michel knows how to meet it with confidence and brio. For example, after designing the COVID-19 protective visors for employees, he 3D printed them at home with the help of his team members. According to Michel, his work and teamwork are a real passion.
